Where to use
To make Idli take 100g urad dal and soak it for 4 hours. Grind the soaked dal into a fine paste. Add 200g Ambika Idli Rava to this paste and mix well. Allow the batter to stand for 7-8 hours. Add 1/4th teaspoon cooking soda and salt to the batter. Steam the ready batter in Idli steamer for 10-15 mins. Serve the fluffy, hot idlies with saagu and coconut chutney.
