ポン二ライス（ポニー ライス）はお米を籾がついたまま（もみ米）の状態で水に漬け、もみ殻のついたまま蒸したあと十分に乾燥させ、精米を行うお米。
パーボイルドライスと呼ばれ、殻を付けたまま浸水・蒸すことにより、お米の栄養価が高まり、糊化したお米を乾燥させることによって保存がしやすくなっています。
インドやスリランカ等では古来より食べられている加工米です。
