Anchor Salted Butter is a great all-purpose, all-natural butter. Spread it on a warm piece of crusty bread or serve it tableside with every meal. It’s also a wonderful butter for cooking.
Anchor Salted Butter is minimally pasteurized since it is illegal for us to sell raw butter. Pasteurizing heats the milk to 72°C and holds it at this temperature for 15 seconds. During pasteurization all harmful bacteria are destroyed.
Our cows are not treated with Growth Hormones.

The expiration date is in European format and will read day, month, year.
Our current inventory for Anchor Salted Grass-fed Butter has a normal expiration date of NOVEMBER 18, 2024. All stock is kept in our sub-zero warehouse at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter kept in storage below freezing lasts at least an additional 6-9 months beyond it’s expiration date. Unopened butter kept in your home refrigerator below 40 degrees Fahrenheit will last an additional month at least.
